Special Lodging Rates If the reception/trade show is being held at a hotel and you wish to stay overnight at the location, we have arranged special rates for you.  Please contact the hotel directly and advise them that you are requesting the "Travel Industry Trade Show Rate".  FYI - This isn't one of the hotels -- but we can dream.
