Our B2B programs are designed to be educational and are intended exclusively for professional travel arrangers--Travel Agents, Event & Meeting Planners, Group Tour Arrangers and Incentive Travel Coordinators.  Those that are currently selling travel to others.  Absolutely, no guests or children.

We have assembled a wonderful group of suppliers.  In addition to your familiar tour operators & cruise lines; we also have domestic and international resorts & hotels, CVBs, foreign tourist boards, car rentals, airlines and tourist attractions among the exhibitors.  And companies offering services that make your job easier and more profitable.  At each program we usually have between 20 and 30 supplier/exhibitors.

Last year all of our shows were sponsored nationally by Kenya Airways, Costa Rica Travel Corp.,  Icelandair, Luxury Travel-Viet Nam, Ya'lla Tours, OSSN, Skål International, Alaska's Latitude Alaska, JaxFax Travel Magazine, Travel Planners International and the Alaska Railroad.
We expect a similar group in 2015


Special Lodging Rates

If the reception/trade show is being held at a hotel and you wish to stay overnight at the location, we have arranged special rates for you.  Please contact the hotel directly and advise them that you are requesting the "Travel Industry Trade Show Rate".  FYI - This isn't one of the hotels -- but we can dream.
